It's already March. How are your resolutions?
How's that dietary plan? Exercise plan?
I could somehow do some things I resolved to do in January. Then as February came, things somehow became harder to deal with.
My dumbbell is starting to collect dust and so is my bible. Both spiritual and physical exercise are important but these require diligence and planning. I find that my plans are not really falling into place as I would imagine.
Ever since I shared about a "Thankful Attitude" , my attitude was challenged non-stop. I dunno if I am being too conscious about it but things are just happening one after another.

It is said, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail"
I think I have lost control of my plan and I need to sit down and reflect.

MANY MANY TIMES, it is simply due to lack of discipline and doing things according to feelings.

Anyway, here is a sermon which I find is really practical and may be helpful.
